Current rates per in-person session (60 minutes):

 

1 session for $80​

4 sessions for $300

10 sessions for $700

Packages expire after 1 year

Home visits start at $100 per session

 

Online clients:

$150 per month includes exercise programming, unlimited communication,  and 2x30 minute Zoom calls

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are nonrefundable
