ABOUT

My name is Rob Davis. I am a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. After seven knee surgeries spanning from my teens to my thirties, I was led to believe that “slowing down” was my only future. Instead, I leveled up. I studied joint mechanics, musculoskeletal anatomy, and human movement. As it turns out,  you don't stop moving when you get old, you get old when you stop moving!

 

 I spent years rebuilding my body through an intentional mix of calisthenics, gymnastics-inspired training, and select conventional strength work. Now in my forties, I’m stronger, more flexible, more resilient, and more capable than I ever imagined and I help others do the same. My approach to fitness focuses on mastering the fundamentals, moving with intention, and building real, functional strength and mobility that lasts.
